Refund policy
Thank You for shopping at Cocos Vibe Vault. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase we are here to help!
1. Returns
- You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the day you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Please include the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items

3. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuers policies (typically 5-10 business days).
4. Shipping Cost
- Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping cost are non-refundable.
- Defective Items: If the return is due to a manufacturer defect or an error on our part, we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label or issue a full refund including original shipping cost.
5. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or if an item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Ccvibevault@gmail.com with photos of the packaging and the damaged goods. We will arrange for a replacement or refund immediately.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please send us an email at Ccvibevault@gmail.com
